温针灸对脾胃虚弱(寒)型慢性浅表性胃炎患者中医证候及生存质量的影响

Effect of Warm Acupuncture and Moxibustion on TCM Syndromes and Quality of Life of Patients with Chronic Superficial Gastritis of Spleen and Stomach Weakness(Cold Type)

目的探讨分析温针灸对脾胃虚弱(寒)型慢性浅表性胃炎患者中医证候及生存质量的影响,评价温针灸的推广价值。方法选择自2017年12月-2019年4月三门峡市中心医院肠胃科接受治疗的慢性浅表性胃炎患者96例作为本次的重点研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为对照组与治疗组,每组各48例。对照组患者给予常规的针刺疗法方案,治疗组患者在对照组的基础上联合温针灸治疗方案进行实施。对比分析两组慢性浅表性胃炎患者的治疗效果以及治疗前后的中医证候及生存质量。结果治疗组总有效率(95.83%)显著高于对照组(56.25%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前治疗组中医证候评分与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后治疗组食后腹胀、大便稀溏、畏寒肢冷等证候积分均明显比对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前治疗组SF-36评分和对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后治疗组SF-36评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意(P<0.05)。结论针对脾胃虚弱(寒)型慢性浅表性胃炎患者给予温针灸治疗的临床疗效显著,可充分发挥温针灸补、温、通的作用,有利于改善患者中医证候,提高生存质量,值得临床推广被应用。

Objective To explore the effect of warm acupuncture on TCM syndromes and quality of life of patients with chronic superficial gastritis of spleen and stomach weakness(cold),and to evaluate the value of warm acupuncture in popularization.Methods 96 patients with chronic superficial gastritis in the hospital from December,2017 to April,2019 were selected.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 48 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine acupuncture therapy,while the patients in the observation group received warm acupuncture therapy on the basis of the control group.Comparative analysis of chronic superficial gastritis treatment effect and quality of life before and after the treatment of traditional C.hinese medicine syndromes of two groups was done.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group(95.83%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(56.25%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndromes between the observation group and the control group.There was no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,post cibum abdominal distension,thin sloppy stool,and chilly and cold limbs of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in SF-36 score between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,that of observation group was significantly better than the control gorup(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of warn acupuncture on the patients with chronic superficial gastritis of spleen and stomach weakness(cold)type is significant.It can give full play to the functions of warm acupuncture and moxibustion in tonifying,warming and unblocking.It is beneficial to improve the TCM syndromes of the patients,improve the quality of life,and is worthy of clinical application.
