钛板坚强内固定与骨间钢丝结扎固定治疗颌面骨折的疗效比较

Comparison of Rigid Internal Fixation with Titanium Plate and Interosseous Steel Wire Ligation and Fixation in the Treatment of Maxillofacial Fracture

目的探讨钛板坚强内固定与骨间钢丝结扎固定治疗颌面骨折的疗效。方法选取2018年1月-2019年1月河南省职工医院收治的颌面骨折患者80例,将其按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组患者实施骨间钢丝结扎固定术,观察组患者实施钛板坚强内固定术,分析两组患者术后疗效、VAS、SBI及GI评分及并发症。结果术后,观察组患者治疗总效率(97.50%)较对照组患者治疗总有效率(75.00%)高,术后观察组患者VAS、SBI及GI评分均较对照组低,并发症发生率(5.00%)较对照组患者并发症发生率(25.00%)低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对颌面骨折患者实施钛板坚强内固定手术方式治疗,可有效促进其骨折痊愈,减少术后疼痛程度及牙龈炎症的发生,降低术后并发症,提高治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of titanium plate rigid internal fixation and interosseous steel wire ligation and fixation in the treatment of maxillofacial fracture.Methods 80 patients with maxillofacial fracture from January,2018 to January,2019 were randomly divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40).The patients in the control group were treated with interosseous steel wire ligation and fixation,and the patients in the observation group were treated with rigid internal fixation with titanium plate.The postoperative curative effect,VAS,SBI,GI and complications of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results After operation,the total effective rate of the patients in the observation group(97.50%)was higher than that in the control group(75.00%).The incidence of complications in observation group(5.00%)was lower than that in the control group(25.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of maxillofacial fracture with titanium plate rigid internal fixation can further speed up the fracture healing,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,and then improve the therapeutic effect.
