宫腔镜手术联合甲地孕酮对早期子宫内膜癌患者生育功能及复发率的影响

Effect of Hysteroscopic Surgery Combined with Medroxyprogesterone on Reproductive Function and Recurrence Rate in Patients with Early Endometrial Carcinoma

目的探讨宫腔镜手术联合甲地孕酮对早期子宫内膜癌患者生育功能及复发率的影响。方法选取汝州市第一人民医院2018年1月-2019年4月期间收治的60例早期子宫内膜癌患者,利用随机数表法分为两组,各30例。对照组采用甲地孕酮治疗,观察组采取宫腔镜手术联合甲地孕酮治疗,对比两组临床疗效、生育功能及复发率。结果观察组治疗总有效率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组成功受孕率及足月分娩率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组复发率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜手术联合甲地孕酮治疗早期子宫内膜癌疗效显著,可有效改善患者生育功能,提升再次妊娠率及足月分娩率,降低复发率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of hysteroscopic surgery combined with medroxyprogesterone on reproductive function and recurrence rate in patients with early endometrial carcinoma.Methods 60 patients with early endometrial carcinoma from January,2018 to April,2019 were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with medroxyprogesterone,while the observation group was treated with hysteroscopy combined with medroxyprogesterone.The clinical efficacy,fertility function and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the successful pregnancy rate and full-term delivery rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic surgery combined with medroxyprogesterone is effective in the treatment of early endometrial cancer,which can effectively improve the reproductive function of patients,increase the rate of re-pregnancy and full-term delivery,and reduce the recurrence rate,which is worthy of clinical application.
