益肾通淋汤结合非那雄胺片对良性前列腺增生患者血清炎症因子指标的影响

Effect of Yishen Tonglin Decoction Combined with Finasteride Tablets on Serum Inflammatory Factors in Patients with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的探讨益肾通淋汤结合非那雄胺片对良性前列腺增生患者血清炎症因子指标的影响。方法选择于2017年5月-2019年8月间郑州人民医院收治的良性前列腺增生患者97例,依据治疗方法不同将患者分为研究组(49例)和对照组(48例)。对照组患者口服非那雄胺片治疗,5 mg/次,1次/d,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上,口服益肾通淋汤辅助治疗。1剂/d,水煎后分早晚2次服用。两组患者均治疗4周。比较两组治疗前后中医症候积分和疗效,血清炎症因子水平。结果研究组治疗总有效率为89.80%高于对照组的72.92%(P<0.05),治疗后中医症候积分低于对照组(P<0.05),血清炎症因子IL-1β、IL-2和IL-10水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益肾通淋汤辅助治疗良性前列腺增生疗效确切,可有效缓解患者的炎症状态,改善临床症状,和非那雄胺片结合使用,能提高疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of Yishen Tonglin decoction combined with Finasteride Tablets on serum inflammatory factors in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods 97 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia admitted to the hospital from May,2017 to August,2019 in the hospital were divided into study group(49 cases)and control group(48 cases)according to different treatment methods.Patients in the control group were treated with Finasteride Tablets,5 mg/time,1 time/d,and the study group was treated with Yishen Tonglin Decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group.One dose per day,two times in the morning and evening after decoction.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The scores of TCM symptoms and therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the levels of serum inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 89.80%higher than 72.92%of the control group(P<0.05);the scores of TCM symptoms in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of serum inflammatory factors IL-1 beta,IL-2 and IL-10 in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yishen Tonglin decoction is effective in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.It can effectively alleviate the inflammatory state of the patients,improve the clinical symptoms,and combine with the use of finasteride tablets.It can improve the curative effect of the patients,and is worthy of clinical application.
