云端护理管理网对急诊胸痛中心就诊患者抢救成功率及满意度的影响

Effect of Cloud Nursing Management Network on Rescue Success Rate and Patient Satisfaction in Emergency Chest Pain Center

目的探讨云端护理管理网对急诊胸痛中心就诊患者抢救成功率及满意度的影响。方法选取广州市白云区第二人民医院于2018年7月-2019年7月间136例急诊胸痛患者,采用随机数字表法将入选者分为观察组和对照组,每组各68例。对照组患者接受常规护理标准,观察组患者在对照组的基础上联合使用云端护理管理网。比较两组患者急诊抢救成功率、再住院率,并统计患者对护理质量的满意度。结果观察组患者的急诊抢救成功率明显高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的再住院率显著低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组患者对护理质量的满意度为95.59%,明显高于对照组的83.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用云端护理管理网对急诊胸痛患者进行护理,可有效缩短患者就诊的各节点所用时间,提高患者的抢救成功率,降低再住院率,提升患者的满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of cloud nursing management network on the success rate and patient satisfaction in emergency chest pain center.Methods 136 cases of emergency chest pain in the hospital from July,2018 to July,2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 68 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing standards,while patients in the observation group used cloud nursing management network on the basis of the control group.The success rate of emergency rescue and re-hospitalization rate were compared between the two groups,and the patient satisfaction with nursing quality was counted.Results The success rate of emergency rescue in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The re-hospitalization rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);and the satisfaction rate of nursing quality in the observation group was95.59%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(83.82%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cloud nursing management network for emergency chest pain patients can effectively shorten the time spent on each node,improve the success rate of rescue,reduce the re-hospitalization rate and improve patient satisfaction.
