面对人口社会转型和健康模式转变,以及健康老龄化战略的实施、医养结合养老模式的发展,健康与老年社会工作紧密结合是必然要求。老年健康社会工作的发展,必须首先回答其“何以可能与何以可为”的问题。本文从老年健康社会工作概念界定入手,辨析其与老年社会工作和健康社会工作之间的区别及联系,从社会经济发展背景讨论建立老年健康社会工作的必要性,并阐述老年健康社会工作的内容、知识和技能,最后从政策、实务和研究等方面讨论老年健康社会工作的发展策略。

In the face of the transformation of population society and health model,the implementation of the strategy of healthy aging and the development of the model of combining medical care with pension,it is necessary to combine health with social work of the elderly.This paper starts with the definition of the concept of the elderly health social work,analyzes the differences and connections between it and the elderly social work and health social work,discusses the necessity of establishing the elderly health social work,expounds the content,knowledge and skills of the elderly health social work,and finally discusses the development strategies of the elderly health social work from the aspects of policy,practice and research.
