智慧警务作为一种新型的警务发展形态,随着大数据和人工智能的发展已然起步。但数据安全规范缺位、民警数据意识淡漠、数据伦理规范弱化、数据技术安全等因素置数据安全于风险之中。公安机关应以法治为价值引领,以制度规范为保障,以伦理规范为补充,实现智慧警务数据安全风险的积极应对。

As a new type of policing development form,smart policing has already started with the development of big data and artificial intelligence.However,data security is put at risk by the absence of data security standards,the indifference of police's data awareness,the weakening of data ethical norms,data technology security and other factors.Public security organs should be led by the rule of law as value,guaranteed by institutional norms,and supplemented with ethical norms to achieve a positive response to the security risks of smart policing data.
