摘要 随着国家对围填海的管控力度进一步加强,自然资源部提出利用卫星遥感、人工巡查等多种手段实现对我国管辖海域“15天一覆盖”的巡查总体要求。为充分利用目前已有的卫星遥感数据源,将超分辨率重建技术应用于海域使用疑点疑区监管工作中,利用软件算法实现对卫星遥感影像分辨率的提高。利用对抗神经网络的Pix2Pix的超分辨率重建算法对2019年获取的Planet Lab影像进行实验,经过试点应用,该方法能有效地辅助提高影像判别的准确度,重建图像质量也能够满足业务化应用,为海域海岛相关监管工作提供了数据支撑。 With the strengthening of the national management andcontrol of reclamation,the Ministry of Natural Resources of China has proposed to use satellite remote sensing,artificial inspection and other means to achieve the"15%day coverage"supervision of the sea area under China's jurisdiction.In order to make full use of the existing satellite remote sensing data sources,the super-resolution reconstruction technology is applied to the supervision of the suspicious areas in the sea area.In this paper,we use the super-resolution reconstruction algorithm of Pix2Pix to carry on the experiment to the Planet Lab image acquired in 2019.The pilot application proved that this method can effectively improve the accuracy of image discrimination.The reconstructed image quality can also meet the needs of commercial application,which provides data support for other sea supervision tasks.
