摘要
目的表征夏枯草果实石油醚提取物化学成分,评价其抗炎活性。方法采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)对夏枯草果实的化学成分进行分析。建立RAW264.7细胞炎症模型,评价其抗炎效果。结果共鉴定夏枯草果实石油醚提取物中19个化学成分。抗炎活性发现,夏枯草果实石油醚提取物均具有明显的抗炎效果。结论夏枯草果实石油醚提取物成分及抗炎活性均具一定差异性。
Objective To characterize the chemical constituents of petroleum ether extract from prunella vulgaris L.fruit,and to evaluate its anti-inflammatory activity.Methods GC-MS was used to detect the chemical constituents of the fruits of prunella vulgaris L.The RAW264.7 cell inflammation model was established,and its anti-inflammatory effect was evaluated.Results A total of 19 chemical compounds were identified from Prunella vulgaris L.The research on anti-inflammatory activity found that the petroleum ether extracts of Prunella vulgaris L.had significant anti-inflammatory effects.Conclusion The costituents and anti-inflammatory activities of the petroleum ether extracts of Prunella vulgaris L.have certain differences.
