"双高计划"提出后,高职院校开启高质量发展的新阶段,迎来新发展,"引领改革、支撑发展、中国特色、世界水平"的高质量办学目标,推动高职创新创业教育提质升级。在"双高计划"背景下,从宏观、中观、微观三个层次分析高职创新创业教育价值意蕴。通过SWOT分析法,从高职创新创业教育的优势、劣势、机遇及威胁进行分析,提出"资源整合、开放共享、分层管理、联动协同"的创新创业教育系统构建策略,形成育人合力,从而达到高职创新创业教育的应然状态。

The Higher Vocational Colleges have been taking the integration of production and teaching,the combination of work and study as the logical main line,and the cultivation of technical,applied and innovative talents.In this context,from the macro,medium and micro three levels of higher vocational innovation and entrepreneurship educational value.Through SWOT analysis,this paper analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational education,and puts forward the strategy of“resources integration,opening and sharing,hierarchical management,linkage and coordination”in the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education system,to form the combined force of education,so as to achieve the higher vocational education should be state of innovation and entrepreneurship.
