摘要
介绍了渣油加氢装置主要腐蚀形式及已取得良好效果的防腐蚀措施。装置第二周期开工运行正常后,对装置工艺防腐蚀分析项目和采样数据进行对比分析,为装置的腐蚀介质监控提供依据。对影响装置长周期运行的主要腐蚀问题进行梳理和分析,并有针对性地采取防护措施,加强工艺操作、设备检验和防腐蚀等方面管理,保障装置安全、稳定、长周期运行。
Corrosion forms of residue hydrogenation unit and precautions with good effects were introduced.Anticorrosion analysis and sampling data were compared and examined before and after startup of the unit in second period,thus providing basis for monitoring corrosion medium.Main problems affecting operation of unit were sorted out and studied,targeted precautions were implemented,suggestions for process operation and improvements were proposed,management was strengthened in respect of process operation,equipment inspection and prevention,therefore the objective of stable long-term operation was achieved.
