摘要
分析高钢级管线管调质热处理回火再结晶现象。通过不同温度及时间的回火试验,观察高钢级管线钢的金相组织,并研究再结晶产生的条件,分析再结晶现象对材料力学性能的影响。分析认为:在一定的时间内,随着回火温度的增加,出现再结晶现象的趋势增大;在一定的温度下,随着回火时间的延长,出现再结晶现象的趋势亦增大;再结晶现象会显著降低材料的强度和硬度,可通过重新调质处理来改善材料性能。
Analyzed here in the essay is the re-crystallization phenomenon of the hi-grade linepipe as being quenched&tempered.The metallographic structure of the hi-grade pipeline-purposed steel is observed via tempering tests as made at different temperatures and with different durations.And the conditions for development of the re-crystallization of the steel are studied,and the effect by the said phenomenon on the mechanical properties of the material is analyzed.Based on the analyses,it is concluded that during a certain time framework,the higher the tempering temperature is,the greater probability for the said re-crystallization will be;at a given temperature,along with the extending of the tempering time,the trend for the re-crystallization will be getting greater and greater;and that moreover the re-crystallization phenomenon shall remarkably reduce both the strength and hardness of the material,however the properties of the material can be improved by means of the re-quenching/tempering treatment.
