腹股沟疝日间手术围手术期个体化护理体会

Experience of individual nursing care in perioperative period of inguinal hernia ambulatory surgery

目的探讨腹股沟疝日间手术围手术期个体化护理措施。方法2019年9至12月首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院日间手术室完成359例成人腹股沟疝日间手术,均给予个体化护理。结果全部患者均顺利出院,术后疼痛视觉模拟评分为2~6分,平均(2.3±0.7)分,术后随访3~6个月,平均(5.5±1.1)个月,无复发、慢性疼痛及异物感,均恢复良好。结论合理规范的围手术期个体化护理可以提高腹股沟疝日间手术的成功率,减少术后并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the individual nursing measures during perioperative period of inguinal hernia ambulatory surgery.Methods From September 2019 to December 2019,359 cases of adult inguinal hernia were operated in Beijing Chaoyang Hospital were retrospectively analyzed,and individual nursing was performed.Results All the patients were discharged from the hospital successfully.The postoperative visual analogue scale(VAS)pain score was(2.3±0.7)scores(range from 2 to 6 scores).All cases were followed up for(5.5±1.1)months(range from 3 to 6 months),and there was no recurrence,infection and foreign body sensation.All the patients recovered well.Conclusion Reasonable and standardized perioperative individualized nursing can improve the success rate of inguinal hernia ambulatory surgery and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
