交流500 kV交联聚乙烯海缆研制与工程应用的若干科学问题

摘要 舟山500 kV联网输变电工程是世界首个交流500 kV XLPE(交联聚乙烯)海缆工程,交流500 kV XLPE海缆研制与工程应用过程中,攻克了高场强工厂接头研制、大截面海缆应力释放等诸多技术难题。结合工程技术难题攻关,重点分析了500 kV XLPE海缆工厂接头及近接头海缆的绝缘性能、半导电层与绝缘层的电热匹配特性、海缆敷设大吨位缆盘应力分布特性及敷设系泊稳定控制等主要科学问题及其研究进展,以期为更高电压等级的XLPE海缆研制与工程应用提供参考。 Zhoushan 500 kV interconnection power transmission project is the world′s first 500 kV AC XLPE(cross-linked polyethylene)submarine cable project.During the development and engineering application of the 500 kV XLPE submarine cable,many technical difficulties such as the development of high field strength factory joint and the stress release of large cross-section submarine cables were overcome.Based on engineering and technical difficulty tackling,the main scientific problems and research progress on insulation performance of factory joint and adjacent joint of 500 kV XLPE submarine cable,the electric-thermal matching characteristics of the semi-conductive layer and the insulation layer,the stress distribution characteristics of large-tonnage cable tray and the mooring stability control are analyzed to provide a reference for the development and engineering application of XLPE submarine cable with higher voltage level.
