摘要
以精准扶贫为背景,以乐山市彝族地区“两边一川”的新聘教师、幼儿园园长、辅导员等培训班为调查对象,结合2015年以来四川省乐山市彝区“一村一幼”建设的实践,分析了近年来“一村一幼”建设实施的成效及存在的问题,并提出了解决的措施,如加大政策支持和经费投入;建立办园质量标准,规范办园;增加教师编制,加强师资培训,提高教师从业素质等对策,为进一步加强“一村一幼”建设,推进乡村振兴提供理论依据和实践指导。
Based on the background of targeted poverty alleviation,taking training classes of the newly hired teachers,kindergarten directors,counselors in the Yi area(E’bian,Mabian and Muchuan county)of Leshan City as the objects of investigation,combined with the practice of"one village,one child"construction in the Yi area of Leshan City,Sichuan Province since 2015,this paper analyzes the effect and existing problems of the construction of"one village,one child"in recent years,and puts forward some measures to solve them,such as increasing policy support and funding investment,establishing quality standards for kindergarten management to standardize kindergarten management,increasing the number of teachers,strengthening teacher training,and improving the quality of teachers'practice,etc.It provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for further strengthening the construction of"one village,one child"and promoting the revitalization of the countryside.
