摘要
针对定位线夹在服役过程中发生应力腐蚀断裂的情况,基于应力应变测试方法对其在加工过程中出现的残余应力、安装使用中的外部应力和应力腐蚀开裂阈值进行分析研究,通过进一步优化设计、加工、安装等,提高定位线夹的抗应力腐蚀能力。
With regard to the situations of fracture of steady clamps caused by the stress corrosion during its service,with application of the stress-strain testing methods,the analysis and studies are made for the residual stress in process of manufacturing,external stress in process of installation and use,and corrosion stress cracking threshold in process of service,the design,manufacturing and installation of the steady clamps have been further optimized,and the anti-stress corrosion capability has been improved.
