地铁钢轨电位限制装置的控制技术改造

摘要 随地铁钢轨电位限制装置技术的不断进步,需对老旧的电路控制设备进行相应改造。基于对钢轨电位限制装置二次控制电路由继电器控制改进为PLC控制的技术问题、难点、新需求等进行分析,对地铁钢轨电位限制装置的控制技术进行改造,主要包括控制电路由继电器控制改造为PLC编程控制的程序编程、图纸设计、施工、测试验证、增加远方闭锁/解锁功能等方面。技术改造后提高了设备控制精度、自动化程度、工作效率,节省设备的保养维修费用,为地铁行业提供一定参考。 Along with the constant progress of technologies for subway rail potential limiting device,the reconstruction of the old circuit control equipment is necessary.On the basis of analyzing the technical issues,difficult points and new demands for reconstruction from the relay control to PLC control for secondary control circuit of rail potential limiting device,the reconstruction has been made on the control technology of rail potential limiting device,including mainly the transformation from the relay control for control circuit to the PLC program controlled programming,drawing design,construction,test and verification,adding of remote locking/unlocking functions.The equipment control accuracy,automation level,working efficiency of the equipment have been improved greatly and the servicing and maintenance costs have been reduced dramatically,these will provide certain references for the subway industry.
