摘要
描述了国内轮胎行业智能化转型升级的现状,分析了建设智能化轮胎工厂面临的主要问题和困难,提出解决这些困难的关键是智能化转型升级要基于工程公司个性化定制的智能制造整体解决方案。然后从系统规划、方案选择、实施策略等方面论述了工程公司的价值体现,指出工艺优化、集成创新是系统规划的关键;功能叠加型解决方案是最佳的选择;一次规划、分步实施是实现智能制造的有效途径。最后对工程公司在轮胎行业智能化转型升级中的价值进行了总结,对规划智能轮胎工厂的工程公司所应具备的能力进行了描述。
This article describes the current status of the intelligent transformation and upgrading of the domestic tire industry,analyzes the main problems and difficulties facing the construction of intelligent tire factories,and proposes that the key to solving these difficulties should be based on personalized customized intelligent manufacturing solutions for engineering companies.This article discusses the value of engineering companies in terms of system planning,program selection,and implementation strategies.It is pointed out that process optimization and integrated innovation are the key to system planning.The function-stacking solution is the best choice.One-time planning and step-by-step implementation are effective ways to achieve intelligent manufacturing.Finally,it summarizes the value of engineering companies in the intelligent transformation and upgrading of the tire industry,and describes the capabilities that engineering companies planning intelligent tire factories should have.
