摘要
当前高校课堂教学管理不良包括“显性逃课”无法遏制和“隐性逃课”大量存在两种情形,出现原因包括教学管理制度执行不力,教师教学与管理能力不足,学习质量把关不严和学生自我管理能力欠缺。与之对应,“回归学习、合理增负”背景下高校课堂教学管理改革的主要对策体现在以下四个方面:严格执行课堂教学管理制度,提升教师教学与管理能力,严把学习质量关和加强课程思政建设,逐步推动学生从被动学习走向主动学习。
The current classroom teaching mismanagement in colleges has two poor situations:uncontrollable“explicit truancy”and common“implicit truancy”.The reasons for them are as follows:poor implementation of teaching management system,incompetence of teaching and management of teachers,lax quality control of academic performance and shortage of self-management on students'part.Under the background of“returning to learning and increasing the burden reasonably”,the key reform countermeasures of college classroom teaching management are embodied in the following four aspects:to strictly carry out teaching management system,to promote teacher's teaching and management,to impose strict monitoring of academic performance and to strengthen the construction of ideological and political education of curricula,thus steering students to active learning from passive learning.
