早期心脏康复护理对急性心肌梗死介入治疗后患者生活质量的影响

Effect of early cardiac rehabilitation nursing on quality of life of patients with acute myocardial infarction after interventional therapy

目的探讨早期心脏康复护理对急性心肌梗死介入治疗后患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2016年3月至2018年3月接受治疗的86例急性心肌梗死介入治疗患者,根据护理方法的不同分为研究组(n=43)及对照组(n=43)。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在此基础上实施早期心脏康复护理。对比两组患者精神健康及躯体健康评分以及左室射血分数(LVEF)水平。结果与干预前相比,干预后两组精神健康及躯体健康评分均有所上升,干预后研究组评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);与干预前相比,干预后两组患者LVEF水平均有所上升,研究组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性心肌梗死介入治疗患者术后实施早期心脏康复护理可改善其生活质量。

Objective To study the effect of early cardiac rehabilitation nursing on the quality of life of patients with acute myocardial infarction after interventional therapy.Methods A total of 86 patients with acute myocardial infarction receiving interventional therapy from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected and divided into study group(n=43)and control group(n=43)according to different nursing methods.The control group carried out routine nursing,and the study group carried out early cardiac rehabilitation nursing on this basis.Mental and physical health scores and LVEF levels were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with before intervention,mental health and physical health scores in the two groups increased after intervention,and scores in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group after intervention,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Compared with before intervention,LVEF level of patients in the two groups increased after intervention,and the study group was significantly higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Early cardiac rehabilitation nursing can improve the quality of life of patients with acute myocardial infarction after interventional therapy.
