摘要
目的:分析核磁共振成像技术诊断膝关节前交叉韧带断裂的临床价值.方法:选择2017年6月-2018年6月来我院接受治疗的320例膝关节前交叉韧带断裂者为研究对象.将其分为2组,对照组受试者接受关节镜技术予以诊断,观察组使用核磁共振成像技术予以诊断,分析结果.结果:对照组内部分断裂110例,占68.75%.完全断裂36例,占22.50%.无损伤14例,占8.75%.关节镜诊断准确率为91.25%.观察组中,部分断裂共计140例,占据87.50%.完全断裂共计20例,占据12.50%,无损伤共计0例,占0%,患者诊断准确率为100%.相较于对照组,观察组受试者诊断准确率明显更高,P<0.05.结论:对于膝关节前交叉韧带断裂患者而言,利用核磁共振技术开展诊断能够取得满意效果.这种检查方式有助于医生全面了解患者病情,积极分析病患当前病症.同时采取具有针对性的控制病情举措,确保后续治疗工作顺利进行,由此可见,此法值得进一步推广应用.
Objective:To analyze the clinical value of MRI in the diagnosis of anterior cruciate ligament rupture of knee joint.Methods:320 cases of anterior cruciate ligament fractures of the knee joint who were admitted to our hospital for treatment from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the research objects.The subjects in the control group received arthroscopy for diagnosis,and those in the observation group received MRI for diagnosis,and the results were analyzed.Results:110 cases(68.75%)in the control group were partially fractured.36 cases were completely fractured,accounting for 22.50%.No injury was found in 14 cases,accounting for 8.75%.The diagnostic accuracy of arthroscopy was 91.25%.In the observation group,there were 140 cases of partial fractures,accounting for 87.50%.There were 20 cases of complete fracture,accounting for 12.50%,0 cases of non-injury,accounting for 0%,and the diagnostic accuracy of the patients was 100%.Compared with the control group,the observation group had a significantly higher diagnostic accuracy,p<0.05.Conclusion:for patients with anterior cruciate ligament rupture of knee joint,MRI could achieve satisfactory results in diagnosis.This method of examination help doctors to fully understand the patients condition and actively analyze the patients current condition.At the same time,targeted measures should be taken to control the disease to ensure the smooth follow-up treatment.Therefore,this method was worthy of further promotion and application.
