品管圈在提高骨科护士疼痛评估符合率中的应用

目的:探讨品管圈在提高骨科护士疼痛评估符合率中的应用效果.方法:针对骨六科在实施疼痛评估中不符合要求的问题,于2017年4月-2018年10月,开展以"提高骨科护士疼痛评估准确率"为主题的品管圈质量改善项目.通过开展品管圈,构建完善的疼痛评估体系,采用正确的评估工具,对疼痛评估流程,评估时间,和频次等方面加以完善和改进,取得了满意效果.结果:骨科护士疼痛知识掌握率达到95%,患者对疼痛控制认识的正确率达到90%,患者对疼痛护理的满意率达到90%.结论:品管圈的建立,不仅完善了疼痛评估体系,而且有助于提高骨科护士疼痛评估专业化水平,促进医护关系,保障护理质量,提高护士疼痛评估符合率.

Objective:To explore the application effect of quality control circle in improving pain assessment coincidence rate of orthopedic nurses.Methods:aiming at the problems that the 6th department of orthopedics did not meet the requirements in the implementation of pain assessment,a quality control circle quality improvement project was carried out from April 2017 to October 2018 with the theme of"improving the accuracy of pain assessment for orthopedics nurses".Through the development of the quality control circle,a perfect pain assessment system was constructed,and the process,time,frequency and other aspects of pain assessment were improved and improved with the right assessment tools,and satisfactory results were achieved.Results:the grasp rate of pain knowledge of orthopedic nurses reached 95%,the correct rate of patients'understanding of pain control reached 90%,and the satisfaction rate of patients to pain care reached 90%.Conclusion:the establishment of quality control circle not only improved the pain assessment system,but also help to improve the professional level of pain assessment of orthopedic nurses,promoted the relationship between doctors and nurses,guaranteed the quality of nursing care,and improved the coincidence rate of pain assessment of nurses.
