摘要
为了筛选用于复合材料加筋壁板后屈曲分析的失效准则,设计了具有较长后屈曲历程的L型加筋条试验件,并对其进行压损破坏试验,同时建立了考虑渐进损伤的有限元模型,计算得到了载荷-应变曲线,屈曲载荷和破坏载荷。计算结果和试验数据吻合良好,预测的失效模式也与试验结果一致,验证了建模方法的有效性。并在有限元分析中分别采用了五种不同的失效准则进行计算,得到了各失效准则对应的破坏载荷和失效模式,表明通过L型加筋条试验和分析结合,可以对各个失效准则的有效性进行验证,避免失效准则选取的随意性,从而为复合材料加筋壁板后屈曲设计分析提供指导。
In order to select the reasonable failure criterion of post-buckling analysis of stiffened composite panels,Lstiffener specimen with long post-buckling histories was designed and crippling test was conducted.FEA model with the consideration of progressive failure was established.Load-strain curve and buckling load and damage load were also presented.An excellent agreement is found between the analytical prediction and the experimental data.And the failure mode predicted is also consistent with the test results.The validity of analysis method is proved.Five different failure criterions are adopted respectively in the FEM analysis and damage loads as well as failure modes is obtained.The analysis results indicate that the validity of different failure criterion would be verified to avoid arbitrary selection of them by combination of L-stiffener specimen test and simulation.This work can provide reference to the post-buckling design and analysis of stiffened composite panels.
