Repaired and Applied Technology of Synthetic Oil Pump of Siemens Gas Generator

西门子燃气发生器合成油泵为多回路共轴齿轮泵,一台泵提供五个泵的功能。低压泵为燃气发生器提供润滑,高压泵作用VIGV执行器,三个独立的轴承碎屑回油泵保证回油,是燃气发生器的重要部件之一。合成油泵的主要故障为机械密封泄漏、中间过渡轴断裂由于过扭矩设计、摆线齿轮相互摩擦所致。针对上述故障,通过研究部件的结构、功能、材质、性能等要求,设计测量机械密封动静环、过渡轴的剪切直径、摆线齿轮组参数,保证与原厂数据吻合,实现了国产化测绘加工、安装测试,突破了外方的专利封锁,性能满足燃气发生器正常启、停、运行操作。

The Siemens gas generator synthetic oil pump is a multi-circuit gerotor pumps.One pump provides the functions of five pumps.The low-pressure pump provides lubrication for the gas generator.The high-pressure pump provides high pressure hydraulic oil for VIGV actuator and three scavenge return pumps guarantee lubrication from front,centre and after bearings house to oil tank.It is one of the important parts of Siemens gas generator.Main faults of synthetic oil pump include mechanical seal leakage,middle transition shaft sheared that it is design overload twist,and cycloid gear abrasive interaction.In response to the above-mentioned failures,through the research on the construction,function,material and performance of the pump,we designed and measured the dynamic and static rings of mechanical seal,the shear diameter of the transition shaft and the cycloidal gear parameters,these dimensions are consistent with the original factory data,so we have achieved localization surveying and mapping,installation and testing and broken through the foreign patent blockade.The performance also meets the normal start,stop and operation of the gas generator.
