摘要
新冠肺炎疫情的突发给公共图书馆的服务带来了诸多难题和挑战,引发了公共图书馆新的思考。通过分析新冠肺炎疫情对公共图书馆的影响和疫情期间我国各公共图书馆的服务举措,总结出疫情期间我国公共图书馆在应急服务工作中的做法,提出了健全应急管理体系、加强资源建设、拓展服务方式等提升公共图书馆应急服务能力的举措,以期公共图书馆在突发性事件中更好地发挥效能。
The outbreak of COVID-19 has brought many difficulties and challenges to the service of public libraries,and it has triggered new thinking in public libraries.Through analyzing the impact of the COVID-19 on public libraries and the service measures of various public libraries in China during the epidemic,this paper summarizes the practices of public libraries in emergency services during the epidemic,and puts forward some measures to improve the emergency service capacity of public libraries,such as improving emergency management system,strengthening resource construction,and expanding service modes,etc.,in order to better performance of public libraries in emergencies.
