应用型本科院校酒店管理专业实习质量提升策略研究

Research on Strategy of Upgrading Performance Quality of Hotel Management Specialty in Applied Colleges and Universities

随着酒店业对专门人才需求的不断增加以及高等教育规模的扩大,校企双方的交流与合作不断加深。顶岗实习是校企合作培养应用型人才的一种重要教学模式,实习质量的高低关系着学校、酒店、学生、社会等方面。通过对洛阳某本科院校酒店管理专业学生的实习情况调查分析,发现酒店管理专业学生顶岗实习环节依然存在不少问题:学生方面的问题主要表现为工作技能缺失和实习中心理波动较大;企业方面的问题主要是实习岗位单一、忽视对学生的人文关怀;学校方面的问题是理论大于实践的培养模式和缺乏对学生的就业指导;社会方面则表现为缺乏激励政策及对服务行业的偏见。结合国内外实习模式的经验和本专业的实践探究,提出了提高酒店管理专业学生实习质量的对策。

With the accelerating demand for specialized talents in the hotel industry and the growing scale of higher education,the exchanges and cooperation have been deepening between universities and enterprises,where training the applied talents on post practice has been an important teaching mode for the cooperation between the universities and enterprises,and the quality of practice matters very much to the universities,hotels,students,society and other aspects.By investigating and analyzing the practice of the students majoring in hotel management of a certain college in Luoyang,it finds that there are still many problems existing in post practice on the part of hotel specialized students,such as:The students are lack of working skills and have some psychological fluctuation while practicing;the main problems of the enterprises are the work simplicity usually offered by the hotels without necessary humanistic care for the students;On the other hand,there appear a shortage of incentive policies and biases towards the service industry on the part of universities.This paper,combined with the experience of practice mode at home and abroad and the event exploration of hotel management specialty,puts forward the countermeasures to improve the hotel practice quality.
