子宫内膜癌的放射治疗 被引量：3

摘要 子宫内膜癌(endometrial carcinoma)是发生于子宫内膜的上皮恶性肿瘤,多见于围绝经期和绝经后女性,是妇科常见的恶性肿瘤之一。早期(Ⅰ、Ⅱ期)子宫内膜癌治疗以手术为主,根据术后病理和(或)影像学检查是否存在高危因素行辅助放疗和(或)化疗等[1]。中晚期(Ⅲ~Ⅳ期)常采取手术+放射治疗±化疗的综合治疗方法。
