摘要
介绍了超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)锂电池隔膜的加工工艺以及熔融挤出拉伸法、热致相分离法对应的结构演变过程。针对UHMWPE锂电池隔膜耐热稳定性差、对电解液浸润性差等缺点,介绍了隔膜表面改性的几种方法,总结了各方法的优缺点,并对UHMWPE隔膜的发展趋势进行了展望。
The processing technology of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)lithium-ion battery separator and the corresponding structure evolution process of melt extrusion stretching method and thermally induced phase separation method are introduced.In view of the disadvantages of UHMWPE lithium-ion battery separator,such as poor thermal stability and poor wettability to the electrolyte,several methods of separator surface modification are introduced,the advantages and disadvantages of each method are summarized,and the development trend of UHMWPE separator is prospected.
