摘要
2019年9月美国眼科学会(AAO)发布了《成人斜视临床指南》(PPP),基于循证医学的最佳临床证据为成人斜视的临床诊断和治疗提供了目前最佳的指导意见。2019版斜视指南中对成人斜视的定义、流行病学、分类以及临床诊断和治疗等内容进行全面阐述,并融入近年来成人斜视研究领域的最新进展,对有关的内容进行更新。本文就2019版斜视指南的主要内容进行介绍和解读,主要解读更新内容。
The American Academy of Ophthalmology(AAO)published the Adult Strabismus Preferred Practice Pattern(PPP)in September 2019.The PPP provides an authoritative guidance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of adult strabismus based on the best clinical evidence.This PPP of version 2019 incorporates recent advances in the field of adult strabismus into the guide,and comprehensively describes and updates the definition,epidemiology,classification,diagnosis and treatment of adult strabismus.This article introduces and interprets the main content of the guide.
