重型和危重型新型冠状病毒肺炎经方治疗探讨

Discussion of Jingfang in Treatment of Severe and Critical COVID-19

新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)具有极强的流行性和传染性,临床主要表现为发热、干咳、乏力,重症者可有呼吸困难,严重者则快速进展为呼吸窘迫综合征、脓毒血症休克等,甚至死亡。本文结合COVID-19的临床表现和国家卫生健康委颁发的诊疗方案,从六经传变的角度分析COVID-19的病情特点,探讨重型和危重型COVID-19的经方治疗,为疫情的临床防治提供参考。

COVID-19 is a disease of highly epidemic and infectious. The main clinical manifestations of COVID-19 are fever,dry cough and fatigue with dyspnea in severe cases. In critical cases rapidly progress,patients have Respiratory Distress Syndrome(R. D. S),septic shock,even death. Based on clinical manifestations of COVID-19 and the diagnosis and treatment plan issued by National Health Commission,this article analyzes the characteristics of COVID-19 from changes of six meridians and discussion on treatment of severe and critical COVID-19 meridians,providing a reference for clinical prevention and control of the epidemic.
