HE Liqun's Experience in Diagnosis and Treatment of Urinary Calculi

何立群教授系上海市名中医。其论治石淋病的主要临证经验是:辨病与辨证相结合,以补肾健脾、消石化石、利水通淋、理气行滞、活血化瘀、缓急止痛为法。或一法为主,余法辅之,或多法并用,补泻兼施,终能起顽疴、疗宿疾而收全功。并附验案一则,理、法、案互参,以启医林后学。

Prof.HE Liqun is a famous doctor of traditional Chinese medicine in Shanghai.The main clinical experience of Shilin diseases are combining disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,tonifying kidney and spleen,eliminating stone with resolving,benefiting water with dripping,regulating Qi stagnation,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and relieving pain slowly and rapidly.Among these,one method could be given priority with other ones as assissting.Or various methods could be applied together to give both supporting and reducing.These treatment methods could cure miscellaneous diseases and cure chronic diseases with satisfying results.This paper is attached with one effective medical case with reference on theories,methods in order to enlighten the later doctors.
