乾华肉用美利奴羊新品种的培育与应用

Breeding and application of new breeds of Qianhua Meat Merino Sheep

乾华肉用美利奴羊是以进口的南非肉用美利奴羊公羊为父本,以当地导入澳美基因的东北细毛羊为母本,采用级进杂交方法,经过13年系统选育而成的绵羊新品种。该品种具有典型的肉用绵羊品种体型外貌特征、产肉、产毛和繁殖性能,生产以19.0~21.5μm为主体羊毛细度的同质细毛羊。核心群种公羊、成年母羊、育成公羊、育成母羊剪毛后体重分别达到98.80±5.21 kg、70.71±2.10 kg、75.11±1.98 kg、59.36±2.22 kg,相应羊别的屠宰率、胴体净肉率分别达52.94%±1.84%、76.86%±1.54%,53.16%±1.19%、78.72%±1.31%,50.08%±1.73%、75.62%±1.36%,51.42%±1.74%、71.99%±1.33%;成年母羊繁殖率130%~150%,羔羊成活率95%以上;乾华肉用美利奴羊的综合生产性能及品质达到或超过是国内外同类绵羊品种,是优异的肉毛兼用型细毛羊新品种,利用该品种改良传统的细毛羊品种可以起到肉毛兼收的效果。

Qianhua Meat Merino Sheep is a new sheep breed bred by step-by-step Hybrid method,which has been bred systematically for 13 years using the imported breed of South African Meat Merino sheep as male parent and Northeast Fine Wool Sheep imported with Australian and American genes as female parent. The breed has typical somatotype characteristics, meat production, wool production and reproductive performance of meat sheep, and produces homogeneous fine wool with19.0~21.5 μ m as the main wool fineness.The body weight of stud rams,adult ewes,developed rams and developed ewes in core group was to 98.8 ±5.21 kg, 70.71±2.10 kg, 75.11±1.98 kg and 59.36±2.22 kg, respectively.The slaughtering percentage and carcass meat percentage of the corresponding sheep was to 52.94%±1.84%, 76.86%±1.54%, 53.16%±1.19%, 78.72%±1.31%, 50.08%±1.73%, 75.62%±1.36%, 51.42%±1.74%, 71.99%±1.33%. The reproduction rate of adult ewes is 130%~150%, and the survival rate of lambs is more than 95%. The comprehensive production and quality performance of Qianhua Meat Merino Sheep reach or exceed that of the same kind of sheep breeds at home and abroad, and it is an excellent new breed of fine wool sheep with both meat and wool. Using this breed to improve the traditional fine wool sheep breeds can achieve the effect of getting both meat and hair.
