摘要 通过对某198 m^2烧结机料层温度以及烧结矿分区质量的测试研究了烧结矿的成矿特性。烧结料层温度测试结果表明:上层烧结矿燃烧带持续时间短、最高温度低,其燃烧带的热流强度(CTI)仅不足下层的10%,说明烧结料层下层热量充沛、液相充足,上层热量不足、不利于液相生成。烧结矿质量分区检测结果表明:烧结矿质量偏析主要集中在垂直方向上,表现为表层烧结矿强度低、抗摔性能和粒度组成差;下层烧结矿强度高、抗摔性能和粒度组成好;30%以上的烧结返矿集中在占总烧结矿料层厚度16.7%的表层烧结矿。基于此,增加表层矿热量、提高表层烧结矿质量是改善烧结矿质量的重要方向之一,热风烧结和厚料层烧结等技术是可行的技术手段。另外,进一步改善偏析布料效果仍需要深入研究。 The mineralization characteristic of sinter is investigated by testing the temperature and the sinter quality within the material layer of a 198 m^2 sintering machine.It is shown based on the temperature testing results that the duration of the combustion zone within the upper layer is relatively short and its maximum temperature is low,while the heat flow intensity of the combustion zone within the upper layer is one-tenth of that within the lower layer.It is shown that the heat within the upper layer is not sufficient to generate enough liquid,but abundant heat within the lower layer with plenty of liquid is expected.The sinter quality testing results by area show that the segregation of sinter quality is mainly in vertical direction with higher tumbling index,better crash resistance and size distribution within the lower layer against the upper layer.Over thirty percent of sinter return fine is concentrated within the surface layer accounting for 16.7%of the whole sinter layer.Based on the above,it is one of important directions that the overall sinter quality can be improved by improving the sinter heat and quality within the surface layer.To achieve that,techniques such as hot-air sintering and deep-bed sintering are recommended.In addition,further study is needed for further improving the effect of segregation distribution.
