基于单目多视图三维重建方法的料堆体积测算 被引量:6

摘要 烧结球团生产过程中需要不断盘点原料料堆库存,为了解决肉眼估算料堆体积方法存在误差极大的问题,提出采用无人机航拍采样,通过单目多视图三维重建方法生成料堆3D模型,从而计算料堆体积的方法。通过同具备测绘资质的测量公司进行测算结果比对,验证了该方法的准确性和可靠性,体积测量误差小于5%。 In view of the situation that it is necessary to continuously check the raw material stockpile in the process of sintering and pelletizing to solve the problem of inaccurately estimating the volume of material pile by naked eyes,a method is proposed to generate a 3 D model of material pile by aerial sampling of UAV and 3 D reconstruction of monocular multi-view to more accurately calculate the volume of material pile.By comparing the measurement results with the measurement companies equipped with surveying and mapping qualification,the accuracy and reliability of the method are verified,whose volume measurement error is less than 5%.
