移动图书馆App可用性测评研究

Research on the Usability Evaluation of Mobile Library Apps

随着智能终端的发展与普及,移动图书馆App成为目前图书馆提供服务的主流方式之一。然而与商业移动阅读App相比,移动图书馆App利用率较低。文章对移动图书馆App的可用性进行了研究,首先在前人研究基础上利用层次分析法建立了一套移动图书馆App可用性评价指标体系,并设计了针对5个应用场景的13项测评任务;然后采用用户测评法对国内三款具有代表性的移动图书馆App进行了可用性测评;最后根据测评结果,对移动图书馆App的设计提供了改进建议。

With the development and popularization of intelligent terminals,mobile library apps have become one of the mainstream ways for libraries to provide services.However,compared with commercial mobile reading apps,mobile library apps have a lower utilization rate.This paper performed a study on the usability of mobile library apps.First of all,based on previous studies,a usability evaluation index system for mobile library apps was established by using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),and 13 evaluation tasks were designed in the context of 5 application scenarios.Then three representative mobile library apps in China were chosen and got tested for usability by user.Finally,based on the evaluation results,some suggestions were given so as to improve the design of mobile library apps.
