三维设计软件在工厂埋地管网设计中的应用与展望 被引量:5

摘要 在工厂埋地管网设计中,常用AutoCAD电子图板和普通三维工厂设计模式进行管网设计,存在设计周期短、改动频繁以及平面图标注繁琐等缺点。随着数字化设计平台的广泛应用,对三维设计效率和设计质量要求越来越高,为了适应数字化设计平台高效率和高准确度的特点,针对工厂埋地管网设计开发了PDMS二次插件。PDMS二次插件提高了管道布置和出成果文件的效率与质量,减少了工作量与人为误差。除此之外,PDMS二次插件还可导入总图信息、进行雨水管网水力计算等,实现了埋地管网设计智能化,推进了项目数字化协同设计。 In the design of buried piping network of a process plant,AutoCAD electronic drafting board and conventional 3D process plant design mode gave shortcomings such as short design cycle with highly frequent modifications and plan views with complicated annotations.With the wide application of digital design platform,the expectations on efficiency and quality of 3D design became higher.To meet these higher expectations,PDMS secondary plug-in was developed for design of buried piping network in a process plant.This plug-in improved the efficiency and quality of piping layout plan and design deliverables,reduced workload and minimised human error.On top of that,the PDMS secondary plug-in could import plot plan data,perform hydraulic calculation of rainwater piping network and so on,realise the ambition of intelligent buried piping network design,and promote the digital collaborative design of engineering project.
