皮肌炎伴胸腺神经内分泌肿瘤1例

A Case of Dermatomyositis Accompanied with Thymus Neuroendocrine Tumor

患者女,56岁,红斑、乏力、关节疼痛4个月余。4个月余前,无明显诱因患者眶周出现水肿性红斑,伴下蹲困难、握拳无力、关节痛和恶性红斑,在当地医院按“皮炎”治疗,肺部CT发现“右上纵膈占位”。诊断:皮肌炎伴胸腺神经内分泌肿瘤,患者症状重,预后差。

A 56-year-old female presented erythema,fatigue,joint pain for more than four months.Edematous erythema appeared around the orbit accompanied by difficulties in squatting,weakness in clenching fits,joint pain and malignant erythema.The patient was diagnosed with dermatitis and then treated in the local hospital.CT scan of the lung revealed a space-occupying mass of the right upper mediastinum.It was diagnosed as cutaneous muscle in our hospital.The patient had severe symptoms and poor prognosis.
