0.004%曲伏前列素联合308nm准分子光治疗稳定期白癜风133例临床观察 被引量:4

A Clinical Study of 0.004% Travoprost Combined with 308 nm Excimer Laser in the Treatment of Stable Vitiligo

摘要 目的 观察0.004%曲伏前列素联合308 nm准分子光治疗稳定期白癜风的临床疗效和安全性。方法 231例稳定期白癜风患者随机分为2组,其中治疗组133例,予0.004%曲伏前列素外用皮疹2次/d,308 nm准分子光每周2次照射治疗。对照组98例,予以308 nm准分子光每周2次照射治疗,疗程12周。分别于治疗后4、8、12周时进行疗效评价并记录不良反应。结果 治疗后4、8、12周时,治疗组有效率分别为12.03%、30.08%、57.89%,对照组有效率分别为7.14%、22.44%、27.55%,治疗组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组中不同分型的白癜风治疗后有效率比较差异无统计学意义,治疗过程中两组未见明显不良反应。结论 0.004%曲伏前列素联合308 nm准分子光治疗稳定期白癜风患者疗效好,安全性高。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of 0.004% travoprost combined with 308 nm excimer laser in the treatment of stable vitiligo.Methods Totally 231 cases with stable vitiligo were divided into two groups and treated for 12 weeks.The treatment group was treated with 0.004% travoprost external use/(bid)combined with 308 nm excimer laser irradiation/biw,while the control group was treated with 308 nm excimer laser irradiation/biw.Both efficacy and adverse reaction were evaluated in all patients before and after treatment.Results After 4-week,8-week and 12-week treatments,effective rate were 12.03%,30.08%,57.89% in the treatment group,and 7.14%,22.44%,27.55% in the control group.After 8-week and 12-week treatments,the effective rate in the treatment group were significantly higher than in the control group(all P<0.05).There was no adverse reaction occurred in both two groups.Conclusion 0.004% travoprost combined with 308 nm excimer laser irradiation has showed good efficacy and safety for treatment of stable vitiligo.
