中国规划的苏联印迹——兼谈对当前国土空间规划工作的启示

Soviet Imprints in China’s Planning and Its Implications on National Spatial Planning

苏联规划在中国城市规划史上扮演了重要角色,影响十分深远。从规划理念、方法基础、规划风格、过程范式4个方面剖析苏联规划对中国的影响,并结合国土空间规划工作,进一步从不同层级规划的协调、尊重规划对象自然属性、面向真实问题和需求3个方面阐述其对当前工作的启发。

Soviet planning played an indispensable role in the history of Chinese cities.This article analyzes the impacts of Soviet planning on China from four aspects:planning concept,method basis,planning style,and process paradigm.Combining with the work of national spatial planning,it sheds new light on the current work from three aspects:coordinating the planning of different levels,respecting the natural attributes of planning objects,and facing real problems and requirements.
