Analysis of Influencing Factors on Impact Toughness of Metallic Materials

冲击韧性是金属材料重要的性能指标,影响冲击韧性的因素有很多,本文主要从原材料、试样的取向、缺口几何形状和加工质量、试验机的精度、摆锤与机架的配合、试验温度、冲击试样的定位等几个方面对冲击韧性的影响进行了分析,为正确评定金属材料的韧脆性以及提高实验结果的准确性提供了依据。

Impact toughness is an important performance index of metallic materials,and there are many factors affecting impact toughness.The influence of raw materials,orientation of specimen,notch geometry and machining quality,precision of testing machine,combination of pendulum and frame,testing temperature and positioning of impact specimen on impact toughness is analyzed in this paper.It provides a basis for correctly evaluating the ductility and brittleness of metallic materials and improving the accuracy of experimental results.
