摘要
本文结合合金SEM相图,从合金晶粒大小和应变硬化指数两项指标出发分析了不同成分的Mg-xSn合金性能变化规律,结果表明,随着Sn含量增加合金的屈服强度和抗拉强度呈现先增高后降低的趋势,应变硬化指数逐渐降低。Zn的加入,显著提高了Mg-0.4Sn合金的力学性能,抗拉强度从95MPa提高到了169MPa,同时也使应变硬化指数下降。
In this paper,the grain size and strain hardening exponent are used to analyze the properties of MgxSn alloys with different compositions.It is found that withincreasingthe Sncontent,the strain hardening exponent decreases while the yield strength and tensile strength firstly increases before reaching the maximum value,thendecreases.The mechanical properties of Mg-0.4S nalloy can beobviously improved by the addition of Zn,and the tensile strength increase from 95 MPa to169 MPa.However,the corresponding strain hardening exponent tends to decrease with the increasing Zncontent.
