摘要
贵冶湿法制砷工艺采用酸雾捕集塔+动力波洗涤对环集系统收集到的烟气进行除尘除杂。为满足《铜、镍、钴工业污染物排放标准》(GB 25467-2010)提出的更为严格的尾气排放标准,选择在动力波顶部设置电除雾段形成组合塔,以保证系统除As效率,及满足尾排酸雾指标。实践证明,新型动力波+电除雾器组合塔环集工艺运行后,各项指标优于原有的填料洗涤塔环集工艺,处理后的尾气指标远低于国家大气排放标准。
Arsenic making by hydrometallurgical process of Guixi Smelter adopts acid mist collecting tower and dynawave scrubber to remove dust and impurities from the gas collected by the fugitive gas collecting system.In order to adapt to the more stringent tail gas emission standard proposed in the Emission Standard of Pollutants for Copper,Nickel,cobalt Industry(GB 25467-2010),the electrostatic mist precipitator is set at the top of the dynawave to form a combination tower,so as to ensure the arsenic removal efficiency of the system and the index of acid mist from the tail gas emission.Practice has proved that after the operation of the new combination tower fugitive gas collecting process with new dynamic wave and electrostatic mist precipitator,the indexes are better than the original packed tower fugitive gas collecting process,The treated tail gas is far lower than the national air emission standard.
