摘要
某工业项目酸库储罐内储存为高浓度硫酸等危险物质。综合工艺条件、地质勘察结论和项目特殊情况,该项目没有采用常规的桩基,而是通过设置沉降观测点、膨胀节,预埋PVC管的方式实现了控制基础的沉降量、沉降差、倾斜、局部倾斜的目的,不仅为储罐的后期生产使用提供了安全保障,而且在工期和投资成本方面也具有显著优势。
High concentration sulfuric acid and other hazardous substances are stored in the acid storage tank of an industrial project.According to the process conditions,geological investigation conclusions and special conditions of the project,the project does not adopt conventional pile foundation,but the purpose of controlling the settlement,differential settlement,inclination and partial inclination of the foundation is realized through providing settlement observation points,expansion joints and embedded PVC pipes,which not only provides safety guarantee for the later production and application of the storage tank,but also has significant advantages of shortening time limit and saving investment cost.
