摘要
以我国北方某市净水厂为例,从工艺流程、净水构筑物、超滤膜净水工艺等方面详细介绍了以浸没式超滤膜工艺为主体技术的净水厂工艺设计实践。该净水厂浸没式超滤膜净水工艺,包含产水、反洗、曝气、化学清洗、排水、酸碱中和、膜组气检等系统。原水通过反应沉淀、膜过滤、消毒等工序,最终实现了提高水资源利用率、优化净水厂出水指标的目的。
Taking a water treatment plant in North China as an example,this paper introduces the process design practice of the water treatment plant with submerged ultra-filtration membrane technology as the main technology from the aspects of process flow,water treatment structure and ultra-filtration membrane technology.The water treatment plant with submerged ultra-filtration membrane process includes water production,backwashing,aeration,chemical cleaning,drainage,acid-base neutralization,membrane gas detection system,etc.Through the procedures of reaction sedimentation,membrane filtration and disinfection,the raw water finally achieves the purpose of optimizing the effluent index of the water treatment plant and improving the drainage reuse rate.
