新型冠状病毒靶受体血管紧张素转换酶2在心血管疾病中的作用及意义

摘要 血管紧张素转换酶2(ACE2)及其代谢产物作为心血管系统重要的神经体液调节因子,可通过ACE2-Ang-(1-7)-Mas轴对整个心血管系统产生影响.新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV2)主要通过与细胞表面的ACE2分子受体结合进入人体细胞,导致靶器官受损的同时引发一系列临床症状,而心脏作为高表达ACE2分子的器官,由此带来的受累程度及损伤机制尚未明确.本文就ACE2及ACE2-Ang-(1-7)-Mas调节轴的生理学特性及其在心血管系统疾病中的作用和影响作一综述,为新型冠状病毒感染后心脏受损机制的探讨提供思路. As an important regulator in the cardiovascular system,ACE2 and its metabolites can affect the metabolism of the entire cardiovascular system through the ACE2-Ang-(1-7)-Mas axis.The novel coronavirus(SARS-CoV2)enters human cells mainly by binding to ACE2 molecular receptor expressing on the cell surface,causing damage to the target organ and a series of clinical symptoms.However,the heart,as an organ with high expression of ACE2 molecule,has not yet been clear in the involved degree and mechanism of the damage.In this paper,the physiological characteristics of ACE2 and ACE2-Ang-(1-7)-Mas regulatory axis,its role and influence in cardiovascular system diseases are reviewed to provide ideas for the investigation of the mechanism of cardiac damage after the SARS-CoV2 infection.
