摘要
“MSC MERAVIGLIA”邮轮计划于2020年首次停靠厦门邮轮母港东渡港区0#泊位,在靠离泊位过程中存在触碰跨海电线的风险.因此,根据港区风流影响情况,结合通航环境,以及邮轮的操控性能,采取不同工况时对邮轮电子船模进行三维模拟操纵试验的方法,取得邮轮靠离泊位时与跨海电线最近距离数据,对邮轮碰触跨海电线的风险分析具有实际意义.
It is planned that the Cruise ship“MSC MERVIGLIA”will stop at Berth No.0 of Dongdu port,Xiamen cruise home port for the first time in 2020,and there is a risk of touching the cross sea power line when approaching berth.Therefore,according to the influence of the wind flow in the port area,combined with the navigation environment and the cruise ship's control performance,The three-dimensional simulation operation test of the cruise ship electronic model under different operating conditions is adopted to obtain the data of the nearest distance between the cruise ship and the cross sea power line,It is of practical significance to analyze the risk of cruise ship touching the cross sea power line.
