摘要
为了使班轮联盟决策者选择最佳的调箱方案,建立了班轮联盟空箱调运优化模型.依据“备选方案拟定、备选方案指标数据搜集、最佳方案确定”的研究思路,依次建立空箱调运随机规划模型和仿真模型,并通过熵权-TOPSIS评价模型选择最佳调箱方案.研究结果表明:成本变异性是影响班轮联盟决策者选择调箱方案的主要影响因素;要想无限地提高顾客服务水平,将会急剧地增加箱管成本;与均值替代法相比,本文方法所得调箱方案在不大幅增加箱管成本的条件下能够缓冲市场需求变化对顾客服务水平的影响,但要达到这种效果,班轮联盟决策者要以牺牲原始成本为代价.
In order to select the best empty container repositioning scheme for Liner alliance decision-makers,this paper established Liner alliance empty container repositioning decision model.According to the research route of“alternatives preparation,data collection and selection of alternatives”,this paper constructed a stochastic programming model and a simulation for empty container repositioning in turn,and selected the best empty container repositioning scheme through entropy weight-TOPSIS evaluation model.Research shows that the main factor affecting the selection of empty container repositioning scheme by Liner alliance decision-makers is the cost of variability.The decision to indefinitely increase customer service level will dramatically increase container management cost.Compared with the mean substitution method,the empty container repositioning scheme through the method proposed in this paper can slow down the impact of change in market demand on customer service level.But,to achieve this effect,Liner alliance decision-makers are at the expense of the original cost.
