摘要 泡沫陶瓷是一种具有硬度高、耐高温和耐腐蚀等优良特性的多孔材料,在生物医用、保温隔热、吸声等方面具有广泛的应用前景。利用天然沸石为主要原料,采用模压法结合添加造孔剂法成功制备出一种轻质的胞孔泡沫陶瓷材料(体密度在0.5 g·cm^-3左右),孔径为毫米级。研究了工艺参数对样品结构的影响,结果表明:随着烧结温度和保温时间的增加,泡沫陶瓷的线变化率逐渐增加,但当烧结温度超过一定值时,线变化率趋于稳定;泡沫陶瓷的一级孔(宏孔)随着温度的增加而变得光滑,二级孔(微孔)形状逐渐成球状。 Ceramic foam is a porous material with the characteristics of high hardness,good high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance,which is widely used in the biomedicine,thermal insulation and sound absorption.By means of conventional molding with pore forming agent,a lightweight cellular ceramic foam is successfully prepared by using natural zeolite as main raw material,with the bulk density of around 0.5 g·cm^-3 and the millimeter-level sized pores.The effects of processing parameters on sample structures are studied.The results show that the linear changing rate of the ceramic foam increases gradually with the increase in sintering temperature and holding time,but the linear changing rate tends to be stable when the sintering temperature exceeds a certain value;the primary pores(macropores)of the ceramic foam become smooth with the increase in temperature,and the secondary pores(micropores)become globular gradually.
