复方三七护脉汤治疗瘀血阻络型高血压合并动脉粥样硬化的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Compound Sanqi Humai Decoction in the Treatment of Blood Stasis Obstructing Collaterals Type Hypertension with Atherosclerosis

目的观察复方三七护脉汤治疗瘀血阻络型高血压合并动脉粥样硬化的临床效果。方法将62例高血压合并动脉粥样硬化中医辨证为瘀血阻络型的病人随机分为对照组(32例,脱落2例)和试验组(30例)。对照组常规服用西药,试验组在此基础上服用复方三七护脉汤治疗,每日1剂,两组疗程均为12周。对比治疗前后两组收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)及中医证候疗效。结果两组治疗后血压较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),且试验组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),且试验组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);中医证候疗效比较,对照组总有效率为76.67%,试验组总有效率为83.33%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗期间均无明显不良反应。结论与单纯西药治疗比较,西药联合复方三七护脉汤治疗瘀血阻络型高血压合并动脉粥样硬化效果更好。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of compound Sanqi Humai decoction for treating blood stasis obstructing collaterals type hypertension with atherosclerosis.Methods Sixty-two blood stasis obstructing collaterals type hypertensive patients with Atherosclerosis were randomly assigned to control group(32 cases,2 cases dropped off)and experimental group(30 cases).The patients in control group were routinely treated with western medicine,while the patients in experimental group were treated with western medicine and compound Sanqi Humai decoction for 12 weeks.The systolic pressure(SBP),diastolic pressure(DBP),serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),intima media thickness(IMT),and clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine were compared before and after treatment between two groups.Results Compared with data before treatment,the blood pressure of two groups were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05),and the blood pressure of experimental group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).The levels of TC,TG,LDL-C in two groups were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement in experimental group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of TCM symptoms in control group was 76.67%,and that in experimental group was 83.33%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in two groups.Conclusion Compared with western medicine alone,combined with compound Sanqi Humai decoction has better efficacy for treating blood stasis obstructing collaterals type hypertension complicated with atherosclerosis.
