摘要
甜菜粕柔软多汁、消化特性优良且富含多种营养物质,是家畜良好的饲料来源。由于受季节性及市场形势制约较强,甜菜糖厂通常无法将甜菜粕及时售出,余下的甜菜粕会快速腐烂,不仅造成大量的经济损失,且会造成环境污染。利用微生物进行固态发酵,产生的多种物质可以抑制饲料中有害菌的生长,从而长期保存饲料中的营养成分。以甜菜粕为原料开展发酵试验,通过添加乳酸菌探究乳酸菌对青贮的影响,并结合工艺流程分析其关键控制指标。
Beet pulp is a kind of soft and juicy by-product in sugar manufacturing,which is a good source of feed with good digestive properties and rich in nutrients for livestock.Due to seasonal and market conditions,it's difficult for beet sugar factories to sell out all the beet pulp in a short time.High water content of these beet pulps will cause quick deterioration or molding,bringing the problems on the environmental pollution and a large amount of economic losses.A variety of substances produced by solid fermentation with some microorganisms can inhibit the growth of maleficent bacteria in the feed and thus preserve the nutrients in the feed for a longer time.In this paper,fermentation tests were carried out with beet pulp as raw materials,and lactobacillus was added to explore its influence on silage.The key parameters in various processing procedures were analyzed.
